C80 updates?
This is a email from Navionics. I purchased a update CF card for my c80 a little over a month ago from West Marine. This has been an ongoing issue since then with Navionics costing me both time and money.Navionics now says it is the firmware in the unit. This is my first Raymarine unit which I recently acquired in a boat purchase. It has the latest update available from Raymarine.What are the chances that this will even be looked at because of its age? Anybody have similar issues?**********************************************************We received some screenshots that have been enough.We have seen that some charts are non visualized on the chartplotter, and we have been able to reproduce your issue.We are very sorry, but there is a bug on chartplotter that makes some Navionics+ charts unreadable. This will require a long time to be fixed, and we cannot assure that Raymarime will update the Firmware of old chartplotter.We are going to forward this case to our customer service to find a commercial solution, changing the product.We apologize for the inconvenience and for the time spent.
