Just upgraded our new e125 units to v12.26 and, for the first time, our primary chart plotter crashes and reboots, often. Sometimes it will happen on its own. But, anecdotal behavior patterns suggests it also happens during chart zooming operations. The hardware is new as of May, 2014 (with a new Sea Ray boat). We've upgraded the firmware several times (when new versions have been released) since May - but this is the first time we're experiencing crashes.When it crashes we get the Sea Ray logo and then it returns to where it left off. Total time of inoperability is less than 30 seconds (which is good). What's bad, though, is that it happens often and sometimes at highly undesirable times - like wrestling big waves in the Strait of Georgia with poor visibility!Is Raymarine aware of this type of failure with v12.26 and, if not, is there anything we can do to collect useful info for debugging?See More
